Forming machine for French Bread
It can be used both as any kind of moulder, by keeping the long loaf moulder table completely in the open position, and as a long loaf moulder. The long loaf moulder table is adjustable and can easily be changed. There are several tables available (flat, convex, etc.) to produce all the desire loaf shapes. The feeding conveyor belt, which allows simple joining to other machines, can be supplied at request, with a pre-flattening cylinder. The independently adjustable cutting rolls and the shaping belt grant maximum precision in all kinds of production. The fact that the shaping belt can be excluded allows the machine to be used simply as a dough roller. It’s available in the four cylinders model FF/4, suitable for larger shapes (50-1500 gr) or as a two cylinders model FF/2 particularly suitable for smaller sizes (20-600gr).
This moulder is highly versatile and compact
It can produce long loaves starting from a minimum of 50 gr. and up to 1500 gr. maximum. Two adjustable cylinders, positioned before the lamination cylinders, centre the dough to ensure that all loaves have the same constant shape. The adjustable pressing cylinders allow to obtain the desired lamination at all times. A heavy cloth positioned after the lamination cylinders, gives the dough a first preparing rolling for the loafing executed by the loafing table of the moulder. The regulation of the loafing table is achieved by the front control-panel, easily reachable from the product exit position, which means great time saving. The moulding table is easily exchangeable and available in the flat, concave and convex version to provide the desired shape at all times. Designed to be easily combined with the AR2 rounder, to make-up an all in one compact machine, it can also be joined with the volumetric divider.
Designed for industrial applications
It can produce long loaves starting from a minimum of 50 gr. and up to 2500 gr. A feeding conveyor belt can be placed in different positions ensuring the maximum flexibility in the coupling with other machines. Two adjustable centering flaps (positioned into the hopper) center the dough for the lamination ensuring long loaf breads with uniform shape and dimension. The four nylon laminating cylinders can be independently adjusted to obtain a precise lamination with all dough types. The wide gap between the two couple of laminating cylinders allows the dough to relax between the first and second lamination, obtaining in such a way a very gentle treatment of the dough. An heavy cloth, positioned just after the laminating cylinders, gives the dough a first curling to prepare it for the loafing made by the loafing table. The regulation of the loafing table is achieved by the front, easily reachable from the product exit position, which means great time saving. The moulding table is easily exchangeable and available in the flat, concave and convex forms to provide the desired shape at all times.
