The mixer is ideal for a fast kneading and an excellent oxygenation of brad, pastry and pizza dough. The mechanical transmission and the motors are powerful enough to make it possible to knead even the hardest dough. Some models are fitted with digital timers so that the machines can be programmed to stop when required. Every element which comes into contact with the dough is made from stainless steel in order to comply with all relevant laws in force, not only those standards which deal with the operator’s safety.

This mixer can quickly mix any kind of dough for bread, pizza and confectionery. Designed to reduce working time to lowest levels (12-15 minutes) without heating dough and assuring its proper oxygenation, too. Equipped with timers which automatically stop the machine once the desired working time is achieved. Motor and drives are set so as to easily process the hardest kinds of dough too. All parts coming into direct contact with dough, such as bowl, kneading arm, column and bolts too, are made of stainless steel, according to applicable sanitary standards. Highest safety conditions are ensured to the operator : the bowl is protected by a safety grate and the control board is low-voltage (24 Volts).

|Removable bowl spiral mixer|
Ideal for continuous cycle processing with two or more bowls, as its mixing bowl is removable. Bowls are easily replaced, since they are automatically locked when lowering the kneading arm holding head. The AUTO-CYCLE function allows the machine to store the mixing cycles directly during work, so there are no programming problems. These programs are stored in the CONTINUOUS MEMORY, ready to be executed. The TEMPERATURE CONTROL safeguards the dough from high temperatures interrupting the processing cycle as soon as the temperature gets higher than the limit chosen by the baker. The KW FUNCTION always ensures perfect doughs automatically adapting the working time to the kind of dough. It’s extremely versatile and easy to use: it can work manually, semiautomatically, automatically and in auto-cycle way adapting itself at all needs. The mechanics is extremely simple and strong. All drives are made with adjustable belts to obtain the maximum quietness and reliability. Motors and drives dimensions have been selected to process the hardest kinds of dough. The particular shape of kneading arm and the central column allow to mix any kind of dough in very short working time ( 8-10 mins.), meanwhile reducing overheating and ensuring the proper oxygenation. All parts coming into direct contact with dough, such as bowl, kneading arm and column are made in STAINLESS STEEL according to the best sanitary standards.
